Anon's advice is good. Try it yourself, alone, first. He says you might like it.
The phrase that I use is this:
When you fill your panties on purpose for the first time, you will hate yourself. You will hate yourself because you even thought about doing it the first time, or you will hate yourself for not doing it MANY years ago!
