As was mentioned, it might be some childhood regression. Don't know but it is said, at least for boys, they are very interested in bodily functions. And for some, we never grow out of that. I used to poop my pants as a raging hormone teen-aged latchkey kid. Imagining being in class and not being able to hold it.
