It may seem even more strange, to not only enjoy doing it, but to *really* enjoy it when my bf does it. I think that it is great that your bf trusted you enough with something so personal! Many people I know that are into it equivocate it to being gay. It is who you are, something that you are born with. In the same right, it is not for other people to judge what you are into and what you believe (as long as parties are of age and consentual). Sticking with that, your bf was brave enough to "come out to you" and be thankful for that. It is one of the highest levels of trust.
I guess to answer your question as to why we like it...? I think that answer can vary from person to person. As the posts below show, it is purely a turn on, it is about regression, it is about relaxing etc... Its like trying to describe why one likes...anything. I personally enjoy the naughtiness of it, the fact that I can arouse my boyfriend! (I think you will enjoy this part, the almost 'power' you'll have over him), plus dont forget that if you can fulfill him on this level, he probably wont have to go 'outside' the relationship for it. Not implying that he'd cheat, but soooo many men keep this a secret from the gfs/wives and have to do it in secret or online chatrooms/porn etc.
The important thing is to remember that if you are open to trying new things you will never be bored. And, if you are open and able to share this with your boyfriend, there are levels of intimacy that you can share without involving sex. Which is probably a girl thing, valuing intimacy at par if not higher than the physical stimulation of it...idk... In any case, have fun with it. At least try it for him, that way he can always have that memory, and you'll know you gave it your all.
