If I were describing a kitchen, I might make reference to it's size, but only in general terms, not in exact quantities of measured space. I would not even look under the sink (except to gauge cupboard space.. certainly not to inspect the plumbing). Bench space is a big one for me.. I like a fair bit of room (it's essential for cooking!). I like a good quality oven and stove too..
..I care about the girly stuff!
On a different topic: I've been away from the board for ages.. I've been very busy.. Hope things have been going well for you and all the old regulars here (???)
