get some metamucil.....take that the day before ~ x2 dosage(or whatever ur cycle is - i'm every morning) that will give you the huge volume - and I like castor oil....not too violent for me, but for others it might be - you culd also try a suppository, but I dunno if you want to do that either - but faster results. the oil can be between 2-6 hours. try a few out, but give each one a month or 2 between each try....you don't want your body depending on those laxitives to poop. gl
