As to your doctor telling you, Mr. 60 year old smoker that your going to die, well, that is indeed a brilliant diagnosis. I'm a good deal younger than you, a non-smoker and at some point I, too, am going to die! It's all a matter of perception. You're going to die in denial of your true self, hacking your lungs out while I die with a contented smile, shooting my wad, a truly tremendous crap and piss in my pants!
