OK, nothing I've been taught in my medical training so far has given me any reason whatsoever to believe a single claim made here. This bloke is a troll, he's a bit of a twat, and it's possible he's thick enough to believe he can get a more interesting response out of everyone here than just people laughing at him due to his 'medical wisdom'. IMHO the best bet is to let him starve, and hope he doesn't come back in another persona... and there was me thinking the under-18s weren't meant to post here anyway. If there's actually a /real/ Dr. Joseph Cardely somewhere, I just pity him for the hatchet job someone's been doing on him through this site.
