Dr. Cardely, I agree with you 100% and yes it is sad that these people are so involved with this deadly fetish that they cant see the danger and health risks of feces poisoning but they cant say that you did not give them fair warning. By the way dont even get me started on the people that eat feces and consume it orally because they are at an immensely high risk of feces poisoning compared to those that only defecate in their pants.If my patients are going to participate in this type of fetish I would rather they defecate in their pants than consume feces orally at least then the health risk is not as high. My dear colleague you can advise your patients about the dangers and health risks of smoking tobacco,chewing tobacco,drinking alcoholic beverages and drug substance abuse and feces poisoning but they have to be willing to take the first step toward a healthy lifestyle otherwise there is nothing that you can do if they choose to keep doing their nasty life threatening habits and feces fetishes. The same thing goes for the people that consume semen while performing oral sex which can also be deadly if their sexual partner has the HIV virus and they consume the contaminated semen and also from homosexuals who regularly engage in anal sex. These are the reasons why there are so many cases of HIV,colon cancer,feces poisoning and various other diseases in the world today. Sorry to hear about your "friend" who died of feces poisoning maybe now people will finally realize the dangers of feces poisoning and quit this feces fetish before it's too late and they end up like your friend.
