Poop substitution techniques

I'm relatively new to this BBS, but not to pooping myself. I'm interested in trading ideas for substitues (though nothing beats the real thing!) as, like many here, the more the merrier!

Over the years, I've used the following with good results:

1) Bananas. I like the soft, nearly overripe ones as their consistency is good, and they are also usually given away at nearly free prices at the store. I have also used firmer ones to insert inside myself, though I cannot get that much in.

2) Mashed potatoes. Store-brand flakes are really cheap and its easy to mix up a huge amount to dump into your undies. I've also used a cookie dough shooter to inject it inside myself and then blast back out. Pretty good, but it takes some preparation time, and is a difficult technique to use unless you have a friend around to help (I don't. Anybody want to visit me here in Japan for a great round of mutual exploration?!).

3) Japanese miso paste. Not widely available outside Japan, but this stuff is not only the exact consistency (and color!) of soft poo, it also has mass, and creates a great, heavy feeling in your pants that you cannot get with mashed potatoes. Pretty cheap, too.

My ultimate substitute would be to find a harmless chemical that could be put into water which would cause it to turn into a hard jelly in a few minutes. You could put this into warm water, and then give yourself an enema with it...wait ten minutes and have a ball! Any chemistry experts out there with an idea? Jell-O takes too long and requires a cool environment to harden.

Enough for now, let's trade hints and ideas. I'd love to hear about natural poop volume increasing techniques/foods as well.
