Dear Mr. Scott,
You should know that the spelling is "injunction" and not "enjuncton". You could at least look it up for God's sake. Also, lawyers represent themselves as "attorney at law", not OF law.
I don't know if Australia has to honor an injunction emanating from the U.S. but you sure can try. You cause of action is vague. If I feel that your esteemed client is a buffoon, then I have a right to express my opinion. The definition of slander is that of False statements made about Mr. Cardely. So if I were to go on the news and say that I saw Mr. Cardely in an alley buttfucking Rich Tedrick, then that would be slander.
But if I say that I think that Dr. Cardely is likely to be a lonely oaf with no life and a hidden religious agenda then that is simply my opinion, one that may be wrong as well, but still an opinion that I have a right to give.
As a lawyer you should know that the burden of proof will be on you. With Dr. Cardely's spelling on numerous posts, there is certainly a loss of credibility, and as well his complete lack of substantiation of his claims.
Will taking this case help your career Mr. Scott? What a waste of resources to pick on a fetish website. Seems to me that you went to law school at the same place as Dr. Cardely.
Best Regards, Zerk.
