Hi Kristina... There is NOTHING wrong with what you did provided that it is a kink that turns you on...which I suspect it does after reading your post. If panty-pooping is a turn-on for you and you have the urge to do it regularly, you need to try and plan your day around it. If you don't have a sympathetic partner, you need to set a time where you have some privacy for a few hours because of clean-up concerns and due to the smell which will linger for a while after you do the deed.
The best way to find out if this is really your fetish is simply by doing it a few times in the privacy of your home. Strip down to just your panties and a t-shirt or bra, sit on the toilet, and move your bowels into your panties.
You will either find it to be pure extacy or you will hate it...or a combination there of. If it turns you on and/or relieves large amounts of stress, that's a good sign that you have the panty pooping kink even if you find it revolting or have feelings of guilt after the fact.
And if you have feelings of guilt or disgust after the deed is over with, that is normal when you first start out. I think most of us here have been there. Remember that society teaches us at a young age not to do the deed in our clothes, and it takes a bit of "unlearning" before one can fully enguage and enjoy the panty-pooping fetish.
