I wet all the time, but only poop when i know i am not in a rush to go anywhere - i dont like having to clean up straight away! i usually end up pooping during my daily read of the boards - hearing that someone else has pooped makes me want to poop there and then. Also i sometimes do it whilst lying in bed in the morning - i get a different excitment pooping in bed.
As for cleaning up - the best way is to have someone help you!! but you cant win them all
