I have done both....pooping in my panties and a diaper. I like doing it in my panties. The only reason I do it in a diaper is I have IBS(Irritable Bowel Syndrome)and when I know I will be doing alot of pooping,especially when I am not at home, I will put a diaper on. But they are so uncomfortable and the plastic irritates my skin. So, after all is said, I'd rather do it in my panties. Makes me feel so much more naughty. And it spreads around my bum faster. I just like panties for pooping/peeing.
