My poop fetish was inspired largely by two women with bowel problems, who had diarrhea in thick cloth diapers. So I guess I am biased toward diapers.
However...there was also an incontinent girl in my school who frequently messed in her panties (no diapers for her)...and the hot blonde at a Frank Zappa concert who'd clearly had the runs in her light blue jeans.
So I'd say that I'm turned on by any woman who messes on herself, in diapers or panties. And don't forget Wetset's serial pooper, Brenda Ingersol, who wears messy panties inside of a diaper!
