I love pooping in panties for all the reasons you cite. I've never tried diapers so I really can't compare, but it does seem too planned to me. The other problem I have with diapers, judging by the pics I've seen on the Net, is that you can't get a good idea of what the bulge really looks like until you take them off and I do like to see my bulge and play with it. Still, I think I do need to try them and decide for myself.
