My IP address is different every time I dial up but usualy the first two number groups [209.234..] etc stay the same if you use the same ISP.
I agree, who the fuck does care? I always post under different names, though it would piss me off if someone used mine. Can't people be peaceful here, with all the doom and gloom and war at the moment.
