Don't forget Uta Pippig in the Boston marathon a few years ago. She won and had to wrap a towel around herself after the race so she could talk to the crowd. Then, to deflect public opinion about her obvious and well televised diarrhea throughout the race, she checked into a hospital for observation. She was fine...
