Don't mean to be pedantic, but I think Miss Manuela is the girlfriend of the woman in the pictures. For one thing, MM is slim, whereas....and also, the photo of MM shows her wearing a wedding ring; in the poop photos on Gino's board, the person holding open the poopy girl's pants for us to see inside is also wearing a wedding ring.
