The oldest I ever cleaned my daughter was when she was 5. She had an accident in her panties, and my wife wasn't at home and wouldn't be for several more hours. I had a choice of leaving her in the messy underwear, allowing her to try and clean herself, or cleaning her and changing her just as I did when she was a baby. I chose the last. That was the last time i did anything like that, but I would have, maybe up to 7 in the same situation
