Mailing your tapes directly would be problematic. I can convert PAL VHS to NTSC, but not PAL Hi8. It would be best for you to do your own capture, but you say you are not computer savy. Hmmm, I am not sure how I can help. Maybe someone else on this forum has a suggestion.
It's frustrating because I would love to post your videos for all to see. Just the same, I and we appreciate your willingness to share your plastic panty pooping experiences.
