In that story, the situation was that she needed to be cleaned fast before the mother would find out, the step dad had the skills to make that happen........ fast. He didn't do anything sexual.
Take for example in Holland, where some families go to the beach, all go nude, mom, dad ,kids, grandma! etc and nothing sexual or sick about it.
OK, if the story is true there is a possibility what you're sayingi s right but there's no edvidence in the story to suggest this.
