It's actually a pranks program, all kinds of absurd humor in short sketches. One item was this girl doing interviews with Dutch celebrities, and being very unexperienced. So all kinds of things go wrong, they have to start over and over again. The one being interviewed is not a part in ther plot, he really has no idea what's about to happen. That's the good thing about this program, nobody knew them when they started, let go at the time they recorded it... so all reactions of the people being pranked are genuine. In a small country like Holland, that's gone when you air it.
But this being a program like this, I doubt that it's a real accident... she must have put something in the back of her pants before the interview, and carefully kept it out of view until she walks back into the house.
