Don't do either one. I agree with 'experienced' that neither is very good for you.
Now, it sounds like you want to make a very big mess in bed. One of the things that requires is softer poop. You can have a couple of chunks, but not much. If it is not soft pudding poop, or 'rhea, then you can pretty much guarantee you will wake up to poop.
As for the sleeping pill, my advice, instead, would be to just get really really tired. Ride a bicycle for 6 hours, run up and down hills for 2 more - all the while eating like a horse, of course. Actually, you should eat like a horse the day before you do all this exercise.
There may be several ways to make for soft poop, and make it really urgent, but (without laxatives) I think the best way is some kind of enema, but do NOT use them often, particularly if they are more than just water. Water should be enough, anyway, but put enough inside (at least a quart when you really NEED to poop) so that you can wait a couple of hours to let it settle and do its work.
Then go to bed. I cannot tell you if you will wake or not, but if you do, you can just decide NOT to get out of bed. With a mixture like that in you, you will poop, and it will be very messy. Best not to wear a diaper - just your regular undies.
