Plagiarism on a message board is hardly a matter for legal action, certainly ... which is precisely why it is important for ordinary people on such message boards to call the plagiarist on their actions. After all, who else is going to do it? I don't get paid for my work, and have no way to legally protect it, so all I have is my stories and my reputation. Personally, I rather appreciate people standing up for me and saying, in this kind of situation, "Hey, isn't this Arthur Saxon's work...?"
