I remeber hearing somewhere (I think Psych Class) that in the early years of life, we all develope fixations (either oral or anal, but there might be more) and that someone who likes shitting themselves, or seeing girls do it for that matter, have an anal fixation that is stimulated when you shit.
I dunno though, diapers do it for me more than anything, but I don't quite understand it. I hope that helps lol, but I think we're pretty much in the same boat.
