1. it's not exactly apeeropriate to grab your crotch in public...so tend to get as close as possible to the area without actually touching it
2.can feel the stretching/destended feeling as the pee fills it up like a water balloon.
3. shorter urethra ... take a straw and cut it to 1/3 of it's size and see what happens when you blow liquid out of it.
4. I'm sure there are, just do a google search for "destended bladder pics" there is bound to be one
