I noticed that pic was taken in Sea Side Heights in New Jersey.I looked further down at more pics and noticed a few landmarks.If you are from New Jersey check it out.Just goes to show you never know where and when these things can happen.Although I don't believe she pissed herself,looks like her bathing suit was wet and then she put her shorts on and got them wet.Good pic though.
