Several times I've peed directly on the floor in a public rest area that was dirty.
The first time was many years ago on a trip where I went from Texas to Canada. I was bursting and had to have a wee, and the toilets all 3 were clogged in the rest area I stopped at. I went into the handicapped stall and squatted on the floor next to the toilet and watched the yellow stream run into the drain that was located just outside the stall door. I felt much relief but as I was washing my hands, some old lady walked in. I was just leaving and I'm sure she didnt know what I did. Even if she did...
Another time, was in the middle of winter, which isnt too bad where I live and I was out at the local park. There were public facilities and I was about to explode. I ran into the women's room and there I found the water in the stainless steel toilet was frozen solid! You could see where a few people had added yellow water atop the frozen iceblock in the stainless steel toilet, but there was no way that my bum was going to touch a metal thing in that cold of weather. I was wearing a dress and spread my legs, pissing through my panties onto the floor near the sink. The pee puddle froze on contact to the cement floor. They really should add heating to those facilities!
I've got to say that both times I felt very naughty and am always looking for places I can piss and get away with it. A good squat in the street in front of my house when my neighbors arent looking, or a quick piss through my nylon shorts in the backyard as my neighbors are barbequing. Its all a great rush as far as I'm concerned. Even at this moment, I'm trying to come up with something different to do tonight....
