I expect a lot of 3rd World countries have poor public toilet facilities, but the sight of impoverished and destitute people peeing openly out of necesssity isn't as sexy to me as the sight of well-dressed women peeing on the streets of a major city because they're drunk and don't care.
Most of the candid photos on the net are taken in the USA, Europe and Australia, probably because that's where most of the peehunters are hanging around with their cameras.
You've travelled around more than me, Chris. Have you been to Eastern Europe yet? I've read on the net that places like Prague are good at night.
