I tend to agree with the view that Eastern Europe generates possibilities. Facilities are less available and in many ways the countries reflect the way things were in Western Europe in the 1970's. This is evident at concerts, bus stations and so on.
That said, I have seen gloriously uninhibited roadside pssiing in France where the males piss on the side of the road with great confidence and almost as if they were making a statement about their manhood. Females will squat down with little cover and do their business without any sign of embarassment.
