My guess is she was indeed peeing.
Folks that use the pool in my neighborhood sometimes hang their towel off the foot of their lounge chair, so you can't see under the chair. Sometimes you can see a puddle flowing out from under, and not just after they've gotten out of the pool.
I started doing the same. So much better than getting up every half hour or so. Even if someone is around.
