This is another example of people in general being more open about any number of medical conditions that used to be considered "taboo." Women never mentioned anything from menstruation to menopause or anything in between as recently as 20 years ago. (OK you kids here think that's an eternity.) As recently as a year or so ago men would have never mentioned Viagra, much less any need for it. All is talked about now without anyone batting an eye.
Does the lack of any need for secrecy make it less fun? That's an interesting question for any of you that might feel inclined to discuss it.
