1. Because that is where you feel it. And to try to make it relax.
2. Pressure is a tightness caused by the bladder resisting further stretching. But sometimes it can feel good and is fun continuing to hold it.
3. If you are going to go, why not go quickly. Also you are not in the uncomfortable hovering position for very long. For public places, my attitude is to avoid if possible. Otherwise get in go as quickly as you can, and get out.
4. I don't know.
