IN my experience here in France, I never saw women pissing usually standing dressed. (I saw this only at the beach, but in swimsuit). I don't know anyting about clothing dedicate to make easier to piss for women, standing or squatting.
Probably the girl u saw was using a female device, like a pee mate or similar. NOw they are relatively publicized, exepcially in some countries, but I have doubts about it. basically 4 me if a girl need to pee outdoor she can do it well without any device.
