I think you need to tackle this in stages. I doubt that you'd want to go the hypnosis route - I get the impression that you want to remain in control, rather than become incontinent. Later you might decide to deliberately put yourself in a position where you might have an "accident", but that's another matter.

First, I suggest you need to overcome your conditioning to the extent that you regard it as OK to wet yourself, and I think you should do that alone, as you're bound to feel a bit shy/anxious to start with if you try to do it in front of someone. With all due respect to Donnie, I don't think you should go for the "pain" idea - you want this to become associated with good feelings, not painful ones (again, you try that later if you want). It is quite possible to pee when your bladder isn't yet full - probably most of us do it most of the time. And Marker's idea of just not getting up all day is great fun, but takes some organising.

I'd recommend in the shower, on your own, one morning. To paraphrase a well known saying, there are two sorts of people in the world, those who pee in the shower and those who lie about it, so it's going to be something you're used to doing anyway, the only difference is that you'll keep on, or put back on, the underwear you had on the day before. Stand in the shower, and before you turn the water on, just let it go. Tell yourself you've got nothing to lose - your pants were going into the wash anyway, and in a few seconds time you'll be all cleaned up. (I say that because there might be a little bit of "yuk" at work, at first, no matter how keen you are to give it a try. And BTW I'm English, so when I say pants I mean underpants.) If you really can't do it, start the shower - once your pants are soaked you really will have nothing to lose, but you'll miss out on a great feeling if you don't start out dry!

Another idea, or the next thing to try, would be to wet your pants sitting on the toilet. A few beers first would help - increases need and decreases inhibitions.

Once you've got started, in whatever way you can, it'll very quickly get a lot easier. The first time will be the hardest, simply because of all the years of making sure that wetting yourself is precisely what you do not do.

And after you've wet your pants a few times, it won't seem much of a step to wetting in trousers, or sitting on a plastic sheet of some sort and a few towels, and wetting over a period of time, and staying wet, maybe even while you're reading this board...

And once your comfortable in yourself about doing it, then you can start on the joint activities with your girlfriend. (Have a look at Patches Place - she's got some fun ideas for games...).

Show your girlfriend this - she should accept that she needs to give you a bit of space to get used to it. (Maybe she could fill the time by posting some of her experiences ;-)

But please persevere - there's a load of guys reading your post and thinking "lucky bugger".
