The problem with that is that holodecks have protocols for certain types of simulation, and the actions you're talking about are probably out of them (just a hunch). Of course, holosuites aren't out of the question...but remember that you'd have to get a real person's permission before putting them in a program! I know if I had a holosuite, I'd totally remove all of a girl's bladder and bowel control...but it'd have to be a RANDOMLY generated girl, no one I knew (shoot!)

P.S: I don't actually like Star Trek...I just know more than the average share because I lived in a family that was all about that silly show
