I've often run into AB bedwetting (yawn--too many stories seeking punishment, not enough about associated dreams & the feeling of waking up wetting for me) sites, but haven't found any adult bedwetting sites. Or did you mean prevention? (Heaven forbid! ;-)) I've seen a couple of those.
If you find something, please let us know.
