Hi Kat. I have been in the same situation and had to wet myelf too. We were on a spring vacation trip, just my 5 year old daughter and I.
It was absolutely pouring rain and we were creaping along just trying to get to a motel.
Well we both had to pee really bad. Like you I was holding myself and Alisha was too.
Pretty soon I started leaking and I knew I could not make it. But stop? I would have gotten soaked and besides it would have been very unsafe.
So helpless to stop I peed in my panties and shorts. Alisha had to go so bad and was cryingg. She was bursting.
I told her, "Alisha go ahead and pee baby. Use the bathroom right in your panties. I just did."
She sat still for a minute then told me "I'm peeing mommy"
I have told her she could use her pants on other occasions too, even let her soil herself twice.
