I've been in similar situations to the one I described, more than once. A couple times, I was with my daughter and actually did give her permission to wet her pants, taking away the threat of getting in trouble for it. After all, I can't exactly tell her she can't do something that she can see me doing. But she'll never do it. Guess she's got a huge bladder and an iron will. I envy that. :)
