I'm familiar with the syndrome. A former girlfriend of mine used to ride show horses in competition, you know jumping fences and all that. Well, she told me that virtually every time right before it was her turn to ride, she'd pee a little in her riding pants. Not much, but enough so that she could feel it. I've seen the same thing happen with female olympic ice skaters and with girl gymnasts. It's purely the "dribblies" from being nervous. Now, if only more girls were nervous more often...
