As a member of the armed forces, Memorial Day does have a little deeper meaning than another day off from work. If you get the chance, I highly encourage you to see "Pearl Harbor". Besides being an excellent movie, it does quite a good job of portraying the extreme sacrifice of men and women caught up in the sudden horror of war. Very moving.
