Thanks for the replies, which are much appreciated as usual. I'm sorry that I don't have time to reply individually but I was at Lord's watching the cricket test match today (England did quite well) and then came home to some rather bad news. I just heard that one of my friends, who was an ex work-colleague as well, died last week. She was going to get married this year as well...

So, other priorities right now. I may look in tomorrow (Sunday) but, if not, see you sometime next week.
