It does not work for men due (I believe) to the differing lengths of our urethras.
Women's urethras are so short that a finger pressing against their pee hole affects the sphincter near your bladder and helps the sphincter hold.
When we try to pinch our dick, it is inches away from (and has no effect upon) our sphincter which, if it has given out, causes the pressure to instantly build up against our pinching point and the pain is unendurable.
