Well, I am a boy (now 32) but I think I started to pee (and poop) my tight jeans (I was, and still am, wearing very tight faded, dirty Levis) when I was 12 or 13.
So loving to pee (and poop?) your skintight (stretch?) jeans at 17 looks perfectly normal to me !
