You are either not into the 'sport' at all or you have a regular partner that is either as keen as you are or at least indulges you when requested.
Some readers that visit this board are unfortunately either without a partner or she/he isn't interested in the 'sport'
Like everything in life - the more you are deprived of what you love the more of an obsession it becomes.
