I do believe verotel does rebill every month unless you just do the $10 trial membership. Verotel handles all of the billing and membership stuff so I can focus on content creation, so I have limited access to that side of stuff.
I would suggest you try contacting verotel about it. Go to verotel.com and choose billing support. If, for whatever reason, they are unable to help you e-mail me at tvguy at hdwetting.com and I will do my best to help you out.
