Tough call! Like you, I've enjoyed the kink with a number of partners, so you never really know whether or not they wet their pants on purpose or because they wanted relief or because they absolutely could not wait any more.
One Saturday afternoon, my gf and I were shopping. She was anxious for a bathroom when we arrived but declined because she didn't like public facilities. We spent maybe half an hour getting the groceries and were heading to the cashier.
Suddenly, she stopped walking and jiggled around a bit before starting off again. We made it through the check-out process and went into the parking lot.
About halfway to the car, she stopped, spread her legs and peed her jeans. She swore that it was an accident. Regardless of the circumstances, she got royal treatment after we arrived home.
As far as accidents that arise from urgency, and aren't provoked by laughter, fear or tickling, one of the best ones to have appeared on this board was Jordana from "Real World." She wet her pants while waiting for a taxi. If you watch and listen carefully, I think you'll agree that it was a real accident.
