I saw different rebill options varying from site to site at verotel. So it looks like the site owner initially decides whether there are one-time, rebill or both modes available. But I always got a very clear confirmation page that told me exactly how long my membership would last, and when I would be rebilled. I'm also very sure that this information was in any order confirmation email I ever got from verotel.
If one logs in through the ticketsclub interface (instead of the site directly), one can see these dates at every login. So it is good advice to read and comprehend when one spends money on the internet.
