Frodo, I love your posts and look forward to more.
Here, however, I humbly ask that you look again, and I think you may see not someone being careless but someone who has difficulty with our language (Lord knows, I do, too). Frankly I think he/she took as much care as they were capable of.
But then, again, I may be wrong. It is just the way I see it.
As to lint's question, as best I can make it out, I would guess that she was wearing a dress so that she could squat letting the dress billow out like a parachute as she quickly squatted and pulled her panties (knickers) away from her crotch allowing a massive gushing splishing splashing firehose of piss. Just a guess.
