By your name I woud say you are either athletic or tightly strung. From your panties I get the feeling you like your freedom but are not into exhibitionism. You are probably sensitive and like to flirt. I don't think you make a habit of peing in your panties. I wish I knew what the "thongs" are you refered to, the only "thongs" I know of are the ones you wear on your feet. Then maybe that's what you meant and have really ugly feet, but I doubt it. I'm really guessing with this one.
